Nils Jean Robert Kochem est né en France et a grandi en Allemagne. Il vit et travaille aujourd'hui en Provence, dans le sud-est de la France. Son spectre de travail couvre la photographie industrielle et architecturale, les oeuvres libres et la photographie de mariage.
Le credo de Nils Kochem est "Rendre visible l'essence de l'homme lors de la prise de vue est le plus grand art de la photographie", comme l'a décrit Friedrich Dürrenmatt.

Nils Jean Robert Kochem was born in France and grew up in Germany. He now lives and works in Provence, in the south-east of France. His work spectrum ranges from industrial and architectural photography to freelance work and wedding photography.
Nils Kochem's credo is "To make the essence of man visible in the photograph is the highest art of photography", as Friedrich Dürrenmatt described it.
